How It Works

1. Complete Your Intro

Before access, every member must complete one approved Punch class or required intro session.

2. Schedule Your Time

Self-guided workouts are available during scheduled time slots between 6:00 AM and 9:30 PM.

3. Scan + Train

Scan the QR code, follow the app timer, grab your equipment, complete the workout, and reset your space.

Self-Guided Rules

  • Members must schedule their self-guided workout time in advance.
  • Door access is controlled through app/code access.
  • Do not share door codes or allow unauthorized guests inside.
  • A coach may not be present to demonstrate movements or correct form.
  • Members are responsible for choosing safe weights, exercises, and modifications.
  • All equipment must be put away after use.
  • A $10 cleanup/reset fee may be charged if equipment is left out or the workout area is not reset.

Self-guided workouts involve physical activity and may take place without direct supervision. By participating, members understand and accept the risks of exercise, including injury from improper form, overexertion, equipment use, falls, or other fitness-related risks. Members should stop immediately if they feel pain, dizziness, shortness of breath, or unsafe discomfort. All members must follow Punch Fitness policies, schedule access properly, and complete the required intro or approved class before using self-guided workouts.

FAQ

Does Self-Guided Access include regular classes?

No. Self-Guided Access only includes scheduled self-guided workouts. It does not include Fight, Train, or Sweat instructor-led classes.

Can I upgrade later?

Yes. You can upgrade to a regular Adult Membership if you want coached classes plus self-guided workouts.

Will a coach be there?

Not necessarily. These workouts are designed to be completed independently.

Do I need experience?

What happens if I leave equipment out?
