Senior Slugger Program

Our Senior Boxing and Parkinson’s Fitness Boxing classes use controlled, low-intensity boxing movements and functional fitness drills to help participants stay active, mobile, and engaged. Sessions are structured, supportive, and designed for all ability levels.

This program will be held 3 days a week at 12:30pm

Where: Punch Fitness – Scott Township

  • Not at all. Senior Sluggers is built for all levels — even complete beginners.

  • Boxing has been shown to help many people with Parkinson's improve their balance, hand-eye coordination, mental focus, muscle strength and body rhythm.

  • Comfortable workout clothes, water, and a great attitude. We provide gloves and wraps for your first class.

  • Yes. Our low-impact format and expert coaching help you move safely while improving strength and flexibility.

Parkinson’s Fitness Support — Program Clarification


We are not a Rock Steady Boxing affiliate. However, we do offer a low-impact boxing fitness program that can support many of the same physical goals often recommended for individuals living with Parkinson’s.

Our classes focus on controlled movement, rhythm, coordination, posture, and balance — all of which may help with common Parkinson’s-related physical challenges. Participants should always consult their physician or care provider before starting any exercise program.

    My journey began 15 years ago, transitioning from the fight world to the fitness world. It started with just one client, helping them achieve their goal of learning how to throw a punch. Since then, I've dedicated myself to sharing the benefits of boxing as a fitness program, which I believe is the best out there. I'm passionate about helping clients overcome challenges and reach their fitness goals through boxing and tailored training.

    I’ve been a personal trainer for 5 years and have been coaching at Pittsburgh Punch for 4 years. I started my fitness career because I’m passionate about helping people achieve their personal goals and live healthier lives. Coaching boxing has been a true passion of mine since day one. Boxing offers a full body workout that burns a significant amount of calories , boosts cardiovascular health, reduces stress-and did I mention it’s a lot of fun!? Whether your goals are weight loss, building strength, learning boxing, or simply  having a good outlet  to punch something, I’d love to help you reach them!
