No. Gloves are provided for your first class. Most members get their own once they know they are sticking with it.
What size gloves should I get?
For fitness boxing, 12oz–16oz suits most adults. Ask a coach and we will size you in person.
Do I need hand wraps too?
Yes — wraps protect your hands and wrists inside the glove. The 7-Day Starter Pack includes both gloves and wraps to keep.
Can I buy gear at the gym?
Yes. Ask any coach at the front desk for current gear and pricing.
