Train is a strength and conditioning workout that focuses on increased muscle endurance to tone and create more explosive power.

SWEAT

Sweat HIIT circuit is the 50/50 of our programming. follow our 18 round cards through the circuit for a high intensity workout what will leave you wondering wh

I joined Pittsburgh Punch only a couple of months ago and very happy I did! I once was very active but fell off the last couple of years and these classes at Punch have really been helping me reach my strength/fitness goal again. The coaches are very fun and always give so much positive reinforcement during the work outs too- which is always a plus :)!
