50-Minute Cardio Bag Class
An easy-to-follow, high-energy workout that keeps you moving with nonstop combos on the heavy bag. Burn calories, boost endurance, and have fun—all set to the best playlists around. No experience needed, just show up and sweat!

TRAIN "Strength"
55-minute hybrid boxing + strength
This hybrid boxing + strength class combines heavy bag work with boot camp-style strength training to help increase your metabolic rate, burn fat, and build lean muscle. High energy, total body, and designed to leave you feeling stronger every time.

SWEAT "HIIT"
50-minute high-intensity interval circuit
This interval circuit is built for maximum calorie burn—during class and for up to 6 hours after. With nonstop movement and a full-body focus, SWEAT keeps your heart rate up and your metabolism revving. Show up ready to move, sweat, and crush it.

HERO "Strength Interval"
HERO is Punch Fitness’ signature strength and resistance interval class, designed to build power, endurance, and athletic performance. Each class combines functional movements, strength training, and high-intensity conditioning using barbells, dumbbells, kettlebells, rowers, assault bikes, and more. (Like a TRAIN class with “no boxing” but with more programmed exercise series)

A Team & Solo Fitness Challenge is an engaging and competitive program designed to motivate participants to push their physical limits—either individually or as part of a team. Whether you're going solo or working with a group, the challenge promotes commitment, consistency, and fun through a variety of fitness-based activities. Progress is tracked through metrics like endurance, strength, speed, or overall consistency.
