Starting May 1, 2024 we will be offering (to start) two days a week of small group strength training. (NO BOXING) 

This small group strength program will be class package based (50%off for Punch membership holders) being able to choose from 1 single class, 5 classes. 8, and 12 class packages (Labeled "RIPPED") on the memberships page HERE

We are super excited to bring you this more intimate setting for strength specifics. Classes will be WOD style with added lower body strength.
