Boxer training on a heavy bag in a dark gym

PUNCH Nutrition Coaching

Your Workout Is Doing A Lot.
Take Your Habits Further.

Boxing + strength + smarter habits = results.

Practical coaching for the choices you make outside the gym—without rigid diets, shame, or quick-fix promises.

Train with purpose + fuel with awareness + recover with intention

The Complete Picture

Results Are Built Inside And Outside The Gym.

You do not need a perfect diet. You need a repeatable routine that fits your life. We look at training, food choices, hydration, sleep, recovery, and consistency together.

01

Boxing

Cardio, conditioning, coordination, and a productive way to manage stress.

02

Strength

Build muscle, get stronger, and support better performance in everyday life.

03

Everyday Habits

Food, water, sleep, recovery, and consistency—the work that connects it all.

Balanced meal-prep containers with protein, grains, vegetables, fruit, and water

Food Is Fuel

Simple Choices.
Stronger Habits.

Nutrition coaching at PUNCH is about understanding patterns and building practical skills—not handing you a restrictive menu and sending you home.

  • Build balanced meals you actually enjoy
  • Plan ahead for busy workdays and weekends
  • Support workouts with food and hydration
  • Use awareness instead of all-or-nothing thinking
  • Create habits you can repeat in real life

Consistency Over Perfection

A Flexible 6 + 1 Rhythm.

Think in weeks, not single meals. Six days give you room to practice the habits that support your goals. One flexible day leaves space for real life—without turning it into a free-for-all or labeling food as punishment or reward.

Day 1Practice
Day 2Practice
Day 3Practice
Day 4Practice
Day 5Practice
Day 6Practice
Day 7Flexible

This is a consistency framework, not a prescribed meal plan. Your coach helps you adapt it to your schedule and goals.

The PUNCH Playbook Process

Track It. Review It. Build From It.

1

Track

Log six normal days. Be honest and do not change everything just because you are writing it down.

2

Review

Meet with a coach to look for patterns across food, hydration, training, sleep, and energy.

3

Build

Leave with a practical PUNCH Playbook: a few clear habits and next steps, not an overwhelming rulebook.

4

Keep Going

Add ongoing check-ins for adjustments, accountability, and encouragement when you want more support.

Free Tool

Your 6-Day Food & Habit Tracker.

Record your normal routine before trying to fix it. Your entries stay only in this browser unless you print or save them yourself.

Start with honesty, not judgment. This tracker records observations; it does not score foods as good or bad.

Coaching, Not Dieting

Be Honest. Show Up. Get Better.

A coach helps you turn information into action. We can start with one focused review or continue with regular check-ins that keep your habits connected to your training.

  • One-time PUNCH Playbook review
  • Ongoing 30-minute accountability check-ins
  • Member and non-member options
  • Future small-group workshops and seminars

Good To Know

Nutrition Coaching Questions.

Is this a prescribed diet or medical nutrition program?

No. PUNCH provides general wellness education, practical suggestions, habit coaching, and accountability. We do not diagnose or treat medical conditions, prescribe therapeutic diets, or replace care from a physician or registered dietitian.

Do I have to be a PUNCH member?

No. Member and non-member coaching options will be available, with separate pricing when enrollment opens.

What should I track?

Track what you normally eat and drink, along with energy, training or movement, sleep, and notes. The goal is an honest baseline—not a perfect-looking week.

Will you tell me exactly what to eat?

We focus on education, suggestions, routines, and accountability. Your PUNCH Playbook will identify practical habits to work on. For medical nutrition therapy or an individualized therapeutic diet, we will encourage you to work with an appropriately licensed healthcare professional.
