Not at all! Our classes are beginner-friendly and coached step-by-step. Whether it’s your first time boxing or your first workout in years, we’ve got you covered.

What should I bring to my first class?

Just bring water, comfortable workout clothes, and a good attitude. We have gloves you can borrow or purchase, and our team will help wrap your hands if you’re new.

Is there a contract?

No contracts here. We offer month-to-month memberships with a simple 1 month cancellation notice.

How long is each class?

Each class is about 50 minutes, including a warm-up, coach-led rounds, and a cool-down. It’s fast-paced, high-energy, and designed to leave you feeling stronger every time.

Do you offer youth programs?

Yes! We run seasonal Youth Boxing & Fitness Camps focused on movement, discipline, and fun. Ages and times vary — check our website or follow us on social for updates.
