What to Expect at Your First Punch Fitness Class

Thinking about trying Punch but unsure what to expect? Here’s a breakdown of your first class — and why most people leave wondering why they didn’t try it sooner.

Before Class:
Arrive 10-15 minutes early. A coach will walk you through the basics — wraps, gloves, class format, and answer any questions. No experience necessary.

During Class:
Our 50-minute classes are structured into rounds. You’ll rotate between stations like heavy bags, strength intervals, core work, and conditioning. Expect motivation, loud music, and a team-focused vibe — but you’ll go at your own pace.

After Class:
You’ll leave sweaty, energized, and probably a little addicted. We’ll follow up to answer questions and help you explore class packages, personal training, or memberships that fit your goals.
