Our Senior Boxing Fitness Program is designed for adults who want to stay strong, mobile, and confident without high-impact workouts. No experience required.
Class Focus:
Low-impact boxing fitness
Strength, balance, and coordination
Improved mobility and joint health
Cardiovascular fitness at a comfortable pace
All workouts are led by experienced coaches who understand how to modify movements for individual needs.

Monday, Wednesday, and Friday
