Our Senior Boxing Fitness Program is designed for adults who want to stay strong, mobile, and confident without high-impact workouts. No experience required.

Class Focus:

  • Low-impact boxing fitness

  • Strength, balance, and coordination

  • Improved mobility and joint health

  • Cardiovascular fitness at a comfortable pace

All workouts are led by experienced coaches who understand how to modify movements for individual needs.

Senior Class Schedule:

  • Monday, Wednesday, and Friday

  • 12:30 PM

  • Starting January at Punch Fitness
