Punch Fitness Terms & Conditions

All customers and visitors to www.punchpgh.com are subject to these Terms and Conditions, Assumption of Risk, Liability Waiver, and Release. By using this website, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Punch website.

1. Legal Agreements

Assumption of Risk, Liability Waiver & Release

You acknowledge the risks associated with participation in classes, including injury or death, and agree to release Punch Fitness from all liability related to participation and use of facilities and equipment.

Personal Training Waiver & Release

You acknowledge risks associated with personal training and agree to release Punch Fitness from liability.

Consent to Use Image

You grant Punch Fitness the right to use your photos/videos for marketing without compensation or approval.

2. Accounts and Security

Accounts

An online account with accurate, complete information is required for reservations and purchases. Members are responsible for account activity.

Passwords

Members are responsible for maintaining secure passwords. Punch Fitness is not responsible for unauthorized account use.

3. Purchases and Payments

Purchases/Charges

Punch accepts Visa, MasterCard, AMEX, and cash. All purchases, memberships, and packages are non-refundable and non-transferable.

Payments

Membership charges begin at purchase, recur monthly, and will not be prorated. Membership begins at purchase, not at the first class.

Auto-Pays/EFT

Auto-payments recur monthly until canceled in accordance with Punch Fitness’ cancellation policy.

Chargebacks/Autopay Failure

Chargebacks are not permitted. A failed autopay incurs a $10 fee after three days.

4. Membership

Membership

Memberships are non-transferable. Upgrades take effect immediately; downgrades occur after the term commitment is completed. Membership changes restart the commitment period.

Membership Cancellation and Fees

• Written notice via email is required to cancel.

• A cancellation fee equal to one month's membership applies.

• Final payment must process before termination.

• Membership dues are non-refundable.

• Unpaid balances may be sent to collections.

Freeze Policy

Punch Fitness does not offer membership holds. Class packs are recommended for flexibility if you anticipate an absence.

“OG” Membership

Special lifetime pricing for founding members, forfeited upon cancellation.

Two Classes Per Day

A second class can be taken for $10 if bags are available. Second classes do not have priority over scheduled members.

5. Reservations and Class Policies

Reservations

Reservations are required and can be made online or in-studio up to 30 minutes before class.

Trials and First Timers

All trials require onboarding and early arrival. Trials are for residents within a 10-mile radius only.

Class Cancellations

Cancellations must occur at least 4 hours before class to avoid a fee. Late cancellations incur a $10 fee but retain the class credit.

Walk-ins

Bags are released to walk-ins five minutes before class start.

Wait List

Members will be offered spots from the waitlist in order of availability and notified via email.

Package Expiration

Packages expire within 3-5 months and are non-transferable and non-refundable.

6. Promotions and Discounts

General Promotion Policy

Promotions cannot be combined or reused with trial offers.

Student Discount

20% off Legend or Champion memberships with valid credentials.

20% Off 10-Class Package

Offered to specific recipients, expires in three months, non-transferable.

Free Class for You and a Friend

Must attend together within seven days of purchase.

Two-Month Free Promotion

Available for new members with specific conditions on Legend or Champion memberships.

20% Off Retail Credit

Available to active members under specific conditions.

6-Week Challenge

If not satisfied after completing 24 sessions within 45 days, members may receive a 75% refund under specified conditions.

7. Facility Policies

Gym Door

Do not enter the gym before class until the coach is ready.

Glove Rental Fee

$3 per use after the trial period.

Bathroom Policy for Youth

A parent or guardian must be present if the child cannot use the restroom alone.

Pick-Up Policy

A $10 charge will apply for every 10-minute increment when children are picked up late.

8. Youth Policy

Minors ages 5-17 must register in person with a parent or guardian and have a signed waiver on file. Clients under 14 are not permitted in adult classes.

9. Community and Legal Notices

Punch Community

No private groups may represent Punch without written consent.

Exclusions and Limitations

This website is provided “as is” and Punch Fitness limits liability as allowed by law.

10. Gift Certificates and Gift Cards

Gift Certificates

Available online or in-studio, non-refundable, redeemable online only, and not for retail items.

Gift Cards

Cannot be used with intro offers or promotions. If used for memberships, cancellations can occur 30 days after discounted auto-payment processes.
