Cardio Without the Cardio Machines

Trade the Treadmill for the Heavy Bag.

Running and cycling train you to repeat one movement. Heavy-bag boxing keeps your whole body working. You punch, rotate, move your feet, brace your core, and recover between coached rounds. Your heart rate climbs—but your mind stays locked into the combinations instead of watching the clock.

01

Full-Body Cardio

Every punch begins at the floor and travels through your legs, hips, core, shoulders, and arms. The result is cardio that asks more from your entire body.

02

Intervals That Move

Work through bag rounds, combinations, footwork, and active recovery. The pace changes throughout class so the workout stays challenging and engaging.

03

A Skill You Build

You are not just collecting minutes on a machine. You are learning real boxing fundamentals, improving coordination, and gaining confidence with every class.

First-Class Questions

Start With Zero Experience.

Do I need boxing experience?

No. Most members start with none. Arrive about 10 minutes early and a coach will introduce your stance, basic punches, and the heavy bag.

Is this contact boxing?

No. This is boxing for fitness. You punch heavy bags and focus mitts—not other people.

Is boxing really a cardio workout?

Yes. Repeated heavy-bag rounds combine upper-body work, footwork, rotation, and intervals to challenge your cardiovascular conditioning from head to toe.

What do I need for my first class?

Wear comfortable workout clothes, bring water, and arrive early. We have loaner gloves available for your first visit.
