X TRAIN is a small group, (12 MAX) specialty class offered that is heavily focused on intermediate strength training technique and WOD (Workout of the Day) style workouts.

In this 50 minute class you can expect to go through technical aspects of strength training from Dumbbells to Barbell movements then putting them to use in the daily workout.
