Comfortable workout clothing, Clean shoes, water bottle, towel. Community gloves are available at this time. .

Roll With The Punches

All PUNCH classes offer a FIGHT – TRAIN – SWEAT progressive training program starting with a cardio base of Boxing (FIGHT) then incorporating various types of strength (TRAIN) and HIIT (SWEAT) training. This workout is programmed and developed by fit pro’s so you can come at least 5 days a week to achieve the best results possible and improve your overall health and fitness.
