Boxing has been shown to help many people with Parkinson's improve their balance, hand-eye coordination, mental focus, muscle strength, and body rhythm.
My journey began 15 years ago, moving from the fight world to fitness — starting with one client learning to throw a punch. Since then I've dedicated myself to sharing boxing as the best fitness program out there, helping clients overcome challenges and reach their goals.
A personal trainer for 5 years and coaching at Punch for 4, I'm passionate about helping people live healthier lives. Boxing is a full-body workout that burns serious calories, boosts heart health, and reduces stress — and it's a lot of fun. Weight loss, strength, or just a great outlet, I'd love to help.
