Monday and Thursday will be your main cardiovascular endurance days. OBJECTIVE: Sustained heart rate throughout a longer period. Less breaks.

TRAIN

Strength

Tuesday, Friday, and Sunday we will be strength training like rocky and creed before their big fight. OBJECTIVE: Heavy weight, with breaks to get ripped and build powerful knockout punches

SWEAT

HIIT

Wednesday and Saturday we HIIT it together in a circuit style, high intensity training system around the room. OBJECTIVE: Interval training to increase stamina and recovery. Simple. Get out of breath before muscle fatigue Breaks will be needed.
