Meet the coach and the community behind Punch Boxing & Fitness
Train With Us →
My journey started 30 years ago in mixed martial arts — the mats, the ring, and the grind that comes with the fight world. For the last 20 of those years I've been coaching, and somewhere along the way I fell for something bigger than competition: sharing what boxing and fight training can do for everyday people. It started with one client learning to throw a punch. It grew into a gym full of people who found something they actually look forward to — a community where the first-timer and the veteran train in the same room, and everyone leaves better than they walked in.
From 16 to 70+, first-timers to regulars, Punch was built so that walking in for the first time is not intimidating — it is the best part of your day.
We teach actual technique — combinations, footwork, defense — not just cardio with gloves on.
Classes stay small so every coach knows your name, your level, and your goals.
All fitness levels, all backgrounds. The community is why members stay for years, not weeks.
Fresh programming every day so your body and your mind never get bored.
Youth boxing, Senior Fit 65+, and Parkinson's classes run by coaches trained for every population.
