YOU WILL BURN, TONE, AND SWEAT... ONE PUNCH AT A TIME

Weekly Workout Schedule

One of the most common questions we get asked is- “how many days should I be working out a week?” And what we usually say is “that depends.” If you have certain fitness goals in mind, for example: building strength, improving endurance, shedding fat, or training for something specific, you should be coming to class 5-6 days per week if this is your only training.

Our classes are programmed by fitness professionals for you to be able to come to class every single day. You will work different exercises daily with a mix of cardio, strength, and HIIT training. Not everyday needs to be all out as hard as you can, some days are just meant to keep you active and moving.

If you have not been consistently exercising for at least 3 months, you should start out slowly, maybe with 2-3 classes a week and then work your way up to additional classes per week. Our bodies are meant to move and be active, so by training and consistently working towards that goal, you will see numerous health benefits.
